In February 7, 2024 I had to have surgery which would derail any plans for Valentine's Day with my wife of 33years , not being able to sleep that night so I looked on Amazon to see what I maybe able to get my wife so it would not be just another day , I found chocolate covered strawberries which I knew my wife would enjoy, the date I was given from Amazon for delivery was February 13,2024 ,but to my surprise on Friday February 9th 2024 they were on my doorstep, knowing that strawberries only stay 2-4 days fresh , I called love berries and explained my dilemma and was told by a very professional and very kind woman that Amazon was at fault for giving a delivery date for perishables and would have to go through Amazon for a refund , I understood and thank that woman and told her my story about my surgery and Valentine's Day and wanted to just do something for my wife so she would have something and that I didn't forget her . She was very understanding and kind and told me that under the circumstances she would for a one time deal that they would replace the berries and I would get them on Valentine's Day mid afternoon true to their world by around 4pm or so they were at my door , my wife was very surprised and it made her day , I would go beyond highly recommending love berries to everyone that wants to go the extra mile with a great chocolate and fruit , they stand behind their incredible berries and make hard times a lot easier for all ., This company should be the standard for other companies how to treat their customers, I don't remember who made all this possible but thank you for having a heart and making our Valentine's Day special. I wii be using love berries again in the near...

My order arrived in time for Valentine's Day and I am sooooo impressed with the packaging, the quality and deliciousness of the dark chocolate covered strawberries as well as your customer service that I would like to leave a public review of how great you are.

My boyfriend and I are blown away at the size of the strawberries and I don't even like dark chocolate and I ate two already and they are fantastic!

I don't even understand how I pay so little for what we got.

These berries are so big the box top was bulging! I have to tell you these are absolutely the best chocolate covered berries I have ever received or given as a gift. The berries are huge, firm and very juicy. The other companies cannot hold a candle to yours. The packaging gorgeous and protected the berries and kept them very cool. My children are going to love theirs when they receive them later today. Kudos to Love Berries for this beautiful product. They are the berry best...
