One star subtracted due to door 5. Awful! No pull up room and a concrete pole to avoid. Not much room between lanes. As someone previously mentioned, some of the docks are less challenging than others. I did see some drivers with some mad skills and they were fun and instructive to watch. Also, a driver spotted that pole without me asking-very much appreciated! No overnight parking on facility property but drivers can park outside their security gate on Heron St overnight. Don’t try to pull through that gate until security asks you to-they will just turn you around to go back out. There is nowhere inside to stage. I saw security opening around 5am. My appointment was for 7am, called them (number on sign at entrance) to check in at 5am, got a door around 0630 and was done by 0830. Once you call security, she/he will take your info and if a door isn’t available right away, they will call you back. Once security tells you that you have a door, pull into gate at security shack. They give you a folder with the door number on it. Open your doors, put the folder with your paperwork inside the back of the trailer. Slide tandems back, back in to dock. Then call security again to let them know you are backed in. Lumpers will send you a text with payment link. Security will let you know when you can leave. Your paperwork will be in the back of the trailer. Proceed back to gate to check out. You can turn either way on Heron to get out. Security person was really nice. There were a ton of otr and local trucks going in and out. It’s really busy but almost everyone was patient with drivers trying to get in some of the more challenging spaces. There is some grassy area along Heron if you have a pet to walk....

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Doesn’t matter how much they pay or what your dispatcher or the broker say, you gonna lose your money and your time.

My appointment was at Monday 10 am I arrived at 9 am and did the call and they told me to wait till they have a free dock and call me, nobody called me in all the morning, my dispatcher was calling the broker all the morning and the broker calling them too, at least I get inside the warehouse at 15 pm and the woman on receiving asked me for my Po and and told me they didn’t had a free dock for me in all the day and the broker have to schedule again the appointment, when I was waiting outside a lot of daycab and sleeper get in and get unloaded they took 3 days to give me a new appointment loosing half of the week then the new appointment was at 7am arrived at 6am and get out at 11am like others say day cab and other little trucks seems to have preference.

Would leave negative stars if I could. Picked this load up in Texas and was told to deliver on Monday at 1000 arrived Monday at 0900 and was told my appointment isn’t till Thursday I said I was given no way would it take 8 days to get here from Texas my dispatch called and I was told they would work me in on Tuesday to get here at 0600. I got here at 0530 and they called me back at 0630 and now they are telling me they will not take me till my appointment time on Thursday. This place is absolutely horrible. Avoid this place at all cost. Really poorly run company and all businesses that use this place should stop working...
