I wish this was a positive review but I sadly have to warn future customers given my deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I found their beautiful couches posted on Craigslist which prompted me to call David to inquire about a specific item. The initial call was good, despite the overselling, but I figured that was fine. Following our call I was told they would be able to deliver next day and the product was in stock. Later on David and I spoke on the phone and he informed me that they would have to deliver three days later (which was fine) and he would honor our original agreed quote (which was also good).

David proceeded to tell me he would issue me an invoice via email then charge me. He did not deliver the invoice but proceeded to charge me anyway then informed me that he didn’t actually have my item in stock— the day before delivery! He then tried to share what other color he had (which I declined). David proceeded to drop the price to secure the sale, which I said “I would think about” to which he fully took off the mask and became unprofessional and nasty saying “Forget my offer. I rescind it. I made a mistake. I immediately refunded you. I offered a discount on top of a discount. I don’t do business with people who are perfect. I guess you’re perfect. Good luck with that.”
