I am very disappointed in my purchase. I ordered an engraved Corinthian wind chime for my mom after the unexpected passing of my brother on Christmas Eve. His wife received an identical chime and my mom loved it. It was delivered to her home yesterday on 1/9/18. It was the wrong chime with the wrong name engraved on it. The box had the correct packing slip, but wrong chime. She brought it to me in tears. I called during business hours and got a recording suggesting I e-mail for faster service. I left a message and them sent an e-mail along with pictures. I also found the e-mail link on their website and sent another e-mail. 1/10/18, 12:01pm: I was contacted by Megan today. She gave a half hearted apology and went right to explaining I needed to send back the wind chime before a replacement is sent out. She said this became their policy after many people didn't return the incorrect order. How many have they messed up??? I told her to e-mail me the UPS slip and I will mail back tomorrow. She said they have to snail mail me a physical slip. I am going to Mexico in 3 days for a vacation. I explained this to her. She started to suggest my mom could do it. Seriously? You buy someone in mourning a gift and then the company thinks they should work to fix THE COMPANY"S mistake? Megan said she would check with shipping to try to e-mail a form and let me know. Otherwise my mom has to wait a few more weeks to get her chime. No refund or discount offered. I cannot believe a company that provides MEMORIAL PRODUCTS could have such poor operations and customer service. Fix what is making you send the wrong items, don't punish your customers! I will update this review as the customer service either decreases or declines. I spent over $80 for something that was completely wrong and is now turning into work on my part. Shame on them, I wish I could give 0 stars right now. 1/10/18, 1:15pm. Wow, I just spoke to Megan again. I received the UPS label by e-mail, which made me very happy. I explained how disappointed I am with the policy put in place from what seems like their operational mistakes. I guess it was the lack of caring that they messed up something that I thought would be precious to my family. I do not mind sending item back, just think they should fix the problem internally instead of making it difficult for the customer. She proceeded to read me the riot act in a very harsh tone, informing me that they are doing the best they can and if I have no further inquires, she will terminate the call. When she paused, I was stunned, gathering my thoughts. She said "I guess not" and hung up on me. Buyer please beware. As a business owner, I am sick and saddened they are in a business that caters to people in mourning. I wouldn't speak that way to anyone ever. The engraved wind chimes are a reminder of someone usually recently lost and are purchased to bring comfort to a loved one. Megan not only lacked in her skills as a customer service representative, but her harsh tone and combative words makes me believe this company just lacks integrity. I cannot believe I have to give them my money. No refund option was offered and I was hung up on before I could ask. I will not waste my time calling back. My hope is they can send the replacement to my mom in a timely manner and fulfill the order correctly. I will again update...

I have continued to make orders because the product has been strong. Except last week I made an order, was charged and have received zero notifications of shipment. This is beyond frustrating as I truly enjoyed working with company and now something has changed. You can't get a hold of anyone, no one answers email or the phone. This is not how a business should be running, especially if they are still charging and not delivering. I will edit this review IF I hear back and the product gets delivered.
