Ivy Tech Community College Logansport — Local services in Logansport

I've not attended classes here, but in trying to get back into classes after the craziness of both the world and my personal life over the last couple years, I was ignored, pushed to the side, literally told that I was not important and didn't matter by multiple members of the staff, and ultimately ended up being kicked out of the school after being ignored for so long that my enrollment expired. What happened when I tried to correct this? I was blamed for waiting so long and not being in classes when it was nearly impossible for me and when I was homeless. I was told I would have to go through the entire enrollment process again. I was handed off to someone else and handed back to a different campus that set up another phone appointment for days later and never called. All I wanted to do was go back to class and further my education, and they have made me feel worthless and useless the entire time to the point that I don't even want to bother anymore. This has been going on for over a month and my last phone appointment was supposed to have been 2 days ago...

Not a while lot to say about Ivy Tech! I go for the employment office, not school. Therefore I cannot speak for the quality of the tethers, lessons, etc. For the college itself. I can say the employment office here is convenient, and I like the staff at this location, well they are cool at any location really. But the building is huge, prestigious as it can be for a smaller town, seems very new, very clean and welcoming. Huge parking lot, bathroom accessibility, good for disabled as they have a ramp for wheel chairs and stairs as well, separately. Multiple entrances, I will take pics next time I'm there to upload, maybe a short video too! The services they have for employment re-rntry are great and helpful, they offer classes for resume workshops and the lady that runs it is phenomenal! I will update another time if I've forgotten...

The academic part or the school and even the student involvement in activities is wonderful. The teachers are all amazing. The office/downstairs staff? You haven't seen a bigger group of immature adults who act like they...
