This place is the best tire shop in Texas, to begin with an excellent and friendly customer service and to top it all off with great punctual and honest service one can ask for. On my way to Washington from Texas I bought two tires in Killeen only to find out here at Bruce's tire shop that one of them was sold to me cracked on the side and was leaking air , and this is after I've had to stop multiple times to put air in them . This man is incredible! Had a low tire in San Angelo (made a pit stop to sleep there coming from Odessa). Woke up and took it to Walmart, they didn't bother checking it...said it was just low air. An hr out... warning for low tire pressure. Every single town we went through, nothing was open and oddly enough no air pumps at the gas stations. Finally, found Bruce's...called him and we made it there safely. He found the tire a huge rusty screw. Patched it up and we were ok our way. I experienced low tire pressure and thought a possible nail in my tire on a Sunday afternoon. Finding a shop open on Sunday was impossible but when I called Bruce’s, he said he was open! After making it to his shop, Bruce was super helpful! He first aired up all of my tires and then tested my front tire for a nail and sure enough, there it was. Knowing I still had a few hours to drive, Bruce was carful to make sure all of my car needs were handled and did so in a friendly manner. And…he’s super affordable!
