Dollar General — Local services in Lomira

Horrible customer service. People that work here are just beyond trash. Went in today to buy fabric sortner and clipped my coupons before getting to the store. Grabbed my items and as I walked around the corner of the isle saw a bigger bottle of softner and decided to grab that one as well. But noticed that they had a expired coupon for an extra dollar off took a picture of the sign to one let them know that they still had a old sign up and two that I would like the extra dollar off because they still had the old sign hanging up. Well after the clerk rang me up. I asked if the coupon came off she said yes. I then explained that they had a old sign up and if they could please honor the old sign with the extra dollar off. She stated no I can not. Explained that it's a state law that it must be issued. She called her "manager" to the store and he argued with me that he doesn't have to give me the price off due to it being a freaking coupon. I will go to a different location from now on. Also pretty sure my boyfriend saw the one clerk smoking out of a glass pipe one night!!...

I am beyond done going to this store for my basic supplies. Every time I go there, I’m waiting nearly 5 to 10 minutes before a store associate comes to the front to help me check out. Recently they installed a door bell like ringer that goes off when someone walks through the check out lane. Well, I’m not sure how many times I have to walk by the sensor until an associate comes to the front to help me check out. After waiting 10 minutes today to check out with no associate to assist, I threw my items on the counter and walked out. I understand staffing is an issue everywhere, but I think it is pretty ridiculous to wait that long just to check out. I guess to get my basic items, I’ll just drive the extra 10 to 15 minutes to fond du lac. Not sure why this is such an issue. I just don’t think...

Entering for many years only to find recent complaint. After the prior meal I went into the store with a couple fellows.

For one employee I have a distinct message. If you are going to watch over us in our eyesight for a solid minute, to be looping around the store and cornering us only to have a brief tirade in your favor, for acts which we have not committed, and the innocence we now lack due to your classist misandry, we will not be visiting this location.
