I recently threw a beautiful baby shower for my sister in law. She’s having twins in May, and I knew just the perfect addition to bring our event from okay to one-of-a-kind. From start to finish, Monique and BoardinSLO were fabulous to work with. I was able to customize my graze table, then Monique took my vision and made it a dream come true. Everyone raved about how gorgeous the set up was, how fresh the produce was, and you can definitely taste the high quality meats and cheeses! Monique aka Board in SLO makes the most beautiful and delicious charcuterie platters!!!! I wish I had a photo to post but I’m always so excited to pop open a bottle of wine and get down to eating her creations before I realize I the missed photo opportunity. The closest thing I have is a photo of the wife and I at Parr Collective in Cambria, where we brought a large platter from Board in SLO with us to share with family and friends……they absolutely loved it and was wiped clean before we could move on to our third bottle of wine LOL.
