Buscador is more than a winery. It is a learning experience. It is a journey. We approached this intimate tasting room with little more than a google maps pin. As it turned out, open hearts and open minds are exactly what we needed--and what we discovered. Matt, the winemaker, explained that Buscador is a translation for seeker. His quest for perfection has been ongoing since his time in academia, throughout world travels to Iraq and surf spots, and in the present day as a businessman. Every single offering on his flight is unique, original, and pleasing. And that's saying something--tastings tend to include more than half a dozen different options! On the basis of everything we have tried, we can always trust that the wines we purchase will be exquisite. This spot is in a lot with other wine tasting rooms and it’s a solid spot. This review is from a casual wine drinker.

I just had their tasting that had about 6-7 wines and it was a solid set of offerings. The interior was very welcoming and the outside patio is a good spot to take a date. Overall the wines were very good and solid customer service from Matt.
