Equipment is good, and they have a variety of stations to use. The only annoyance is the staff, who obviously don't use any type of lifting equipment in their life, come around interrupting your set of lifting to tell you how to use it properly and to move it. I'm sorry, are you telling me how to lift and what causes a hazard? When you actually have a healthy lifestyle of eating right and weightlifting experience, then you can interrupt my session to tell me I'm doing it wrong. Ive been lifting for 12years, dnt need them telling me how to and how not to lift. There's no reasoning with them. The little hawaiian/hispanic lady, not to be rude, started a fit about the placement of my equipment. It was NOT a hazard, but she was on my case about moving it, and gave the impression she was going to kick me out. I asked the guy staff that was there about the rules of equipment placement, they dnt have any. He showed me other placements, but those were more hazardous then where I had mine. I stated "theres no reasoning with yall, is there, just have to do it where you want huh?" And...

One of the most taken care of fitness centers I’ve been to. The staff CLEARLY cares about their facility. It is always clean; bathrooms, weight room, basketball court, locker rooms, weight room, ALWAYS CLEAN.
The weight room is stocked full of great equipment but the rooms itself is a bit small which causes the equipment to be close together. Not really an issue because the clientele is understanding and accommodating.
Not sure how, but the crowds always seem manageable. I have yet to wait for a piece of equipment longer than 5-minutes. Classic DoD gym, 3pm is the witching hour of chaos, but even then it’s not too busy.
Again I can’t emphasize this enough, the staff make this place an easy 5-star. I can’t believe I have the opportunity to come here...
Read moreProbably the worst gym I have been to in the Air Force. Granted I've only been to 8 AF gyms, but of the 8 this is the worst. Not enough machines/weights and the ones they do have are extremely close together making everything very crowded. The flow is very disorganized. I know I shouldn't complain, because it is free, but sometime free is not better. I know many people who pay out of pocket to go downtown so they avoid the...
