Burger King — Restaurant in California

I am very displeased with the service, food, and attitude from this establishment. I sent my wife to get me and my 3 other Wingmen food cause we’re working. I told her what to get and what to say and they still messed up my order. Not only that but they also shorted me fries completely(see picture) and no they didn’t fall on bag. Not only that but when i called the Assistant Manager Brian decided to talk crap about how my wife ordered it. Blamed it on my wife about everything. Couldn’t take a glimpse of responsibility. He was rude and inappropriate with me and my wife in the way of the customer is always right. I used to be a manager at a burger king in Arizona. And why argue with the customer. Just give them what they want and make both parties happy. I know for a fact that the waste in every store makes up for the 3 burgers and 3 fries. Very disappointing establishment. I got the double whopper with bacon and cheese for lunch today. I was interested in that because I am following a keto diet and a website had said this is a good choice because it provides extra cheese and bacon. The first issue is that I ordered this burger and it cost $11.59. That price is absolutely insane for a hamburger! The second problem is that the toppings (i. e. cheese and bacon) we're only on the top patty. The bottom patty had absolutely nothing on it. I mean, not even a drop of condiment. The bacon consisted of three small pieces sitting on top of a piece of cheese. So, in essence, I paid almost $12 for a bacon and cheese Whopper with a plain, dry patty thrown underneath it. Yeah, I will not be going there again. The service was pretty decent though and the lady at the cash register was very friendly so that is the only good thing I will attribute to this...

I've been once and it was fine, the reason that I'm giving it only three stars is because the website says it's open till 12 am and my pregnant wife wanted french fries at 11:20 pm I googled what was open and she was very excited to get some Burger King only it was not open the website lied we drove over in such excitement only to be sadly disappointed.
