Walking our no energy having, broke down backs, ribs that felt they lived in corsets selfs in the doors of Kempers. Bee lining for the mattresses, we had done our home work, we knew the 3 we wanted to try. We were met by Mrs. Lisa whom was just a gem. She knew her stuff, and encouraged us to just be at home. No salesman pitches, no awkwardness. We left with an amazing deal and a friend. Lisa, we simply adore you. We’ve already been back and shopped some more. It was our first experience with Kemper but definitely not our last. We have slept 3 nights on our Temperpefic Pro Adapt (highly recommended). It’s working out the kinks. 🙌🏼 By the second night we received a text from Lisa, asking how we were sleeping! I mean who does that? 👏🏼 Kemper and Lisa, we, our sleep, backs and ribs thank you from the bottom of our hearts! 🙏🏼

My Wife and I had decided we needed a new couch so we went to multiple furniture stores to see what was available. Due to my Wife's picky taste and unwillingness to settle on something she wasn't in love with, we were unable to find anything that we just had to have. When we went into Kemper Furniture, London, KY we had the privilege of getting Erin as our Sales Rep. She was polite, informative and not pushy (like most). Within 30 minutes she had us in the exact, customized couch that we wanted, in the style, fabric and color we liked. We still have a few tables and other pieces to complete our living room upgrade. I love going into this furniture store. They’re always super easy to work with, never pushy, but there to answer all your questions. There was some confusion on my delivery, and when my sofa came, the love seat was a sleeper sofa. So that I didn’t have to wait until the new piece came in, they let me decide to keep the sleeper sofa, at no additional price. I went with four stars because I am now having trouble with the cushions on the sleeper sofa portion, they keep sliding out of position. I’m going to need to put some Velcro or something on it to keep it in place. I went back 2 weeks later and ordered the matching ottoman. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and service....
