Had to call three times to get somebody to come out and look at a damaged garage door. They repeatedly promised someone would be out, but the technician didn’t come until after the third call. Not once did they mention anything about a service charge. I fully expected it to be repaired, but after less than 2 minutes the technician said they didn’t work on that brand of garage door and wouldn’t be able to repair it. About a week later I got a bill for $75. I called and talked to who I presume is the owner and reiterated the fact no one ever mentioned anything about a service charge, and the technician was there less than 5 minutes. The owner rudely told me that’s the way it is, and I should have asked more questions, and then started complaining about his labor and truck costs.
