I'd rather travel to Fargo to the Verizon store (in the mall) than stop in here for any of my Verizon phone needs. I always feel like I'm a "hassle" and a bother when stopping in here and several times I have preferred ordering online and having it shipped to my home than stop in here. (Amazon) They are always "hiring". I ONLY shop for something when I need it that day. If I can wait, I don't go here.
Charging to your Verizon account is not allowed and prices tend to be 50% to double the online price.

   Read moreAlways available to help. Worked through the best route to get a new phone that was only a few months old and just stopped working. It was dropped and the shock from hitting put it in and on/off reset loop and then shut off permanently. They did the best they could to get everything off of it but ultimately had to politely inform me that anything not backed up or stored would be lost. I’d also have to reinstall many apps do to this product failure. I wasn’t destined to have the green one I guess. They had the Midnight 14 and I was due for an upgrade, so… Thank you Haleigh...
