Has the worst customer service in HR with April she is the most rude person I have ever spoken too so unprofessional and has no clue on answering any questions I need and is bad mouthed and rude and when asked who can I speak with that can answer my questions she’ gets an attitude and offensive and will not give me a number to speak to someone above her ! Horrible and she said something rude and hung up on me without resolving my issues this Is the second time she does this with no help ! On top of not working for this company anymore they’re still charging us lodging for we no longer stay at the Vikings village and they as well stay with you’re work shoes and equipment that is being taken out of out our paychecks and will not allow you to go get your property nor reimburse you for the lodging when I was first told by Elena that no one had advised them that we were no longer living at Viking village and she’ needed an updated address to forward our w2s to update there information so they wouldn’t be charging us the lodging and she’ transferred me To April which she couldn’t help US out at all. Shipping is fast But they need to send COA to the receiver, Without COA receiver will not unload you, And they are sending COA too late after you get to the receiver, Sometimes it will take 24hrs (we are 4 drivers PU same load and waiting at the receiver almost 10 hrs not started yet) its happening...
