Drivers, bobtails only (ever) and during the week you should park at the back of the lot or go around the building and park as close to the wall you can before popping your nose back into the parking lot. Do Not block the store truck passage. 2. The points computer was down today so the cashier had to write down everyone's name account number and totals. She did a great job, but the folks in the IT department get a stern frown. (Really, on a Saturday?) 3. The Deli folks were top flight, but the deli has a roast beef that is not so rare as the 2 others that carry. When asked why they don't carry it, (I love it as you can tell.) I am told it doesn't sell. I replied that I had never seen it advertised and if I didn't know you carried it, why would I ask for it? She shrugged her shoulders as if was above her pay grade. 4. This is a general gripe with grocery stores. Please, if you are a chain, put items in the same isle, on the same shelf. I like going into any of your stores and being able to find what I need instantly. If I have to walk all over your store hunting for an item, I won't. I will leave and go somewhere else. I returned and paid cash the same day for their mistake with no reward. OK. Then a couple days ago, another dimwitted young white boy didn't ask for my card number and didn't give me a receipt. When I came back in the store to explain that I overpaid, he didn't understand. Fortunately the girl at customer service gave me the $10 refund for the discount I should have gotten. Experienced a minor issue with an Online / Curbside Order today due to what I will refer to as a “TECHNOLOGY GLITCH”. Store associate DEBORAH noticed I had been waiting awhile in a pick up lane and approached my vehicle to see if she could assist . Once she realized there was an issue she immediately investigated the problem and quickly had it resolved. She then promptly delivered my order and loaded my items into my vehicle.
