I'm a truck driver and arrived at this facility an hour early for my appointment. The guard at the gate was helpful and explained the check-in process clearly. After scaling my load, I backed into my assigned dock, but it was still occupied, so I waited nearby and got my trailer ready by sliding the tandems and opening the doors.

A woman named Roth Rondema came out and told me I was rejected just because I opened my trailer doors while waiting for the dock — even though I was following standard procedure. She was rude, refused to call a manager, and made no effort to resolve the situation. I ended up wasting nearly 3 hours there with no help and no solution.

I have never encountered such a horrible experience in my life. The FORKLIFT DRIVERS at this location is completely useless—rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional. It’s shocking how they treat their customers with zero regard or basic decency. It’s as if they’re doing you a favor by being there, instead of the other way around. They have no idea what customer service even means, and their attitude is downright disgusting.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. They clearly don’t care about their customers and shouldn’t even be in business. Worst staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Save your time, and sanity—go somewhere else. ❌❌❌🛑🛑🛑
