This is heaven for those living out of Puerto Rico because you can find all your typical products that you consumed or used growing up in the island. I drive there from Akron to find all the ingredients for my sofrito and condiments for my cooking. Is where I can find recao or culantro fresco. It offers a great variety of products hard to find in other stores, however, they need a bigger space to accommodate their inventory. The store is very small for all they carry and it can be cluttered and tight when there are a lot of clients in the store. Sat down for literally 5 minutes to take a break (I’m a sales manager, I was looking for areas to send my reps) and some dirty dude came out telling me I can’t “loiter” and telling me “sitting on the 4 stacked high pallets was a “danger” listen kid, I’ve worked construction for two years of my life. I was a pipe insulator. Not some entry level out of high school warehouse worker. Those pallets were not a risk. The kid just thought I was a bum despite the fact I have $400* worth of equipment/clothing on me. And he came out looking like he just left the shelter. I live getting my Hispanic items from there but the parking lot is terrible. That parking lot need a to be resurfaced. If I fall watch out, there is NO Excuse for that parking lot to be in that terrible condition. As for the inside these people need to also redo the floor. It is nasty and dirty but since that is the only place I can get Caribbean staples I continue to go. I hope the owners read this cause you people need to be cleaner. This Is Not a 3rd world country for that store to be in such nasty, dirty bad shape!!! Maybe the county health department needs to pay...
