Very friendly staff, always pleasant and courteous despite being VERY busy all the time. A nice little local shop for buying basic necessities, beverages, cigarettes, lottery, etc. They also have fresh baked goods & hot meals for takeout, specializing in Puerto Rican cuisine. Bakery is pretty good, I've only had one or two items from the baked goods section, though. The lunch/dinner options are very tasty, super quick & not too expensive. There are quite a few meal options for a small family-run business. Try the potato balls, they're amazing! The rice & beans are good, especially with beef stew on top! Please do not purchase food from this place! Was driving through Ohio on a road trip and wanted to try something different than the normal mcD’s or BK and gave this local “restaurant” a try. The food was cold, oily, and seemed old really. But not knowing the difference if this was how this cultures food was supposed to be ate, I still went for it. Well its,, been a staple in the Town I grew up in,,,Lorain ,,, Oh., talk about Goya products and don't for get about a friendly staff ..Most importantly PUERTO RICAN food oh and don't forget the cheese oh let's not forget tropico 🥥 soda ,,,Goya Malta ALL my childhood favorites ..
