I usually get beautiful flowers here. However, on my wedding day my bouquet was wrong. I arrived and it was a blush rose bouquet with red berries, It was supposed to be a bouquet of mixed white/off white flowers, orange or brown berries, greenery and small green succulents, with a brown ribbon. This bouquet was ordered and paid for months in advance. I had met with the gentleman there for 45 minutes designing my bouquet. I had even brought in artificial floral examples. The woman at the counter gave me an attitude and said these were special ordered. Well they may have been but not for me. My floral head wreath was also wrong. It was all white mini roses, it was supposed to match the bouquet. Why would I order one white and one pink? Thank goodness this was a small wedding and only 1 bouquet. Can you imagine if I had multiple bridesmaid bouquets that were wrong?!! I wasn’t given an apology or a discount. My flowers looked too fancy for the simple intimate wedding dress and I could not wear the head wreath because it didn’t match the bouquet. I was extremely disappointed and...

Very BAD experience with florist. I purchased a lantern and called and requested that lantern be incorporated into the flower arrangement. I was told no problem. I took the lantern to the florist, discussed again how I wanted the arrangement. Someone called me back to discuss again and was planning on a $175 tower of flowers. I was running around at the time. When I got home, I called and expressed that this was a 3 hour visitation with no service and I did not want to go that big. He suggested $75-90 which I said was fine and once again I told him lantern was to be incorporated into flowers. I got to visitation, and the lantern was separate from the flowers. The family did not even know who the lantern was from!!! I called up to express my displeasure, and the lady I talked to made it my fault not theirs! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HER ATTITUDE. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN...

All I can say is "OMG" Off Broadway has never let me down when needing something special for my family and friends. I've given gatherings at the beginning of December to begin the holiday season with a number of guest for a few years now and we have alot of fun. I have surprised gifts for each person that attends and I've purchased SUCH beautiful and unique items there and the staff has always been helpful when I'm selecting items. They've gone above and beyond to even help me make the gift presentation personalized also.
