Emergency Road Service & Diesel Repair — Local services in Lordsburg

About 45 min from Deming, blew a camper tire on I-10. Only repair service that came up on google was this one. Art called & was told they could be there in 10 min. because they were already on the road. Art was told there would be a service call fee, which we expected. Art took the spare off the camper & had it ready to install. My 1st notice was the lack of signage on the truck & trailer. We had no idea the outrageous bill that would result for this quick task. The bill of $580.22 was made up of the service call fee - $100; on top of that, a mileage charge of 48 miles @ $1.75/mile = $147; 2 hrs of labor @ $130/hr = $260 + a shop fee of $7.50; a 5% CC fee of $27.63; 7.5% sales tax of $38.59. The 2 men were here about 45 min. - they spent more time trying to run our CC, acting like they didn't know how - than putting on our spare. I actually got uncomfortable that they were skimming our card because of the amount of time they handled it. If we would have been given these charges up front - we would have contacted another...

2 days in STRANDED because my RV sliders and hydraulic anchors won't retract. My dog got attacked by javelina and the only other vehicle I have here is my Harley Davidson. I cannot put my mauled dog ON the back OF my bike and drive 79 miles through the freaking desert. I Got this place through 2 emergency road services listing. IM STILL HERE STRANDED I WILL NOT LEAVE MY DOG ON RISK LEAVING ON BIKE. STEVE SAID HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE COME TO ME. I AM IN THE TOWN OF PORTAL NOT BUT 100YARDS FROM MAIN ROAD. I SENT ADDR3SS LOCATION ETC. EVERYONE KNOWS IM HERE. I STILL CANNOT GET HELP I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW FOLKS CAN DO THIS OUT...

I called this place from the loves in lordsburg because i got a blowout on my truck. As soon as i told the guy who anwered the phone i was at the loves he said why the hell are you calling me for?! I said loves has a 4 hour wait time, then he said well thats what you get for going over there in the first place and hung up on me. If i could give 0 stars i would. Very unprofesional. You cant talk to customers that way just wish i had him in front of me when he talked to me like that. My advice is stay away from this place n save your money. I wouldnt call these people if they were the only road service...
