They can usually match or beat any of the chain stores but also besides a computer system they still have the books and either have or can find parts the chain stores cannot. The expertise their is deep. You just need to know who to ask for what specialty..being a former maintenance man myself. They can think outside the box in atypical applications. Where most chain stores only have counter persons and are order takers.
