I went in and ordered 3 foot longs on white bread. I mentioned the bread because we wanted a different kind but they said that they were not carrying Italian herb and cheese bread at that time. That all they had was white bread so that is what we got. There was a girl doing a call in order at the same time that another girl was fulfilling my order. Multiple times they almost mixed up the sandwiches because they were weaving in and out of each other's spaces. When we got to the cash register they had a little mix up and I even told them to make sure that they didn't mix up our sandwiches because what the other girl was making was very different from what we were getting. I got home which was almost an hour away from the shop only to discover that they did in fact mix up one of our sandwiches. Immediately I called the store, several times. Eventually someone answered the phone and I began to tell them what had happened. I'm still not sure what exactly happened to the line but it seemed like I was hung up on. It seemed like that further when I immediately called back countless times all the way through until they're closing time and my call was never answered again. I called them an hour after I went in and got the order. When I placed the order there were four or five women working behind the counter and they answered the phone every time it rang while I was in the store. I highly suggest Subway just not this exact location. From the moment we walked in, the two employees working were extremely loud, unprofessional, and made us feel very uncomfortable. Their behavior was obnoxious and completely lacking in courtesy or customer awareness. Despite how uncomfortable we felt, we stayed to order ā a decision we regret.
To make matters worse, the way they handled the food was unhygienic and frankly disgusting. It was clear they were rushing and not following basic standards, which left us concerned about food safety. While we understand that it was late in the day and they may have been tired, thatās no excuse for such poor conduct while on the clock.
We did not enjoy our meal, and given the overall experience, we feel a refund is more than justified. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and look into the staff and operations at this location. Customers deserve to feel respected and confident in the food theyāre served.

This ranges from No bread to make sandwiches, vegerables that look as if they were from a dumpster to overcharging, messing up online orders, poorly trained employees with huge artutudes and I've yet to figure how this location can make a sandwich soggy that was ordered with no sauces. They must be terrified to put vegetables or meat on the subs as if it might end the world and bring on the apocalypse. We keep giving this location a chance but they just can't seem to get their act together. If your considering eating here DONT!!! Save yourself the trouble and buy a loaf of bread and some bologna, as much as i dont like that it would be a better meal and mych less disappointment. Good luck as we will never visit this location again.
