SJ'S OVERSTOCK LORETTO — Local services in Loretto

I love stores you can dig in and find deals on things and this store is the best I’ve ever been to for dig bins out of the Giles county to Lawrence county’s lines area .. it’s located in loretto Tn!!. Still in Lawrence county limits. I’ve went to multiple other dig bin stores where the staff don’t let you test things and there disrespectful and yelling the rules at you and follow you around !!. But …. At SJ’s overstock they give you your personal space they have a testing center and everything I’ve bought from SJ’s overstock has pretty much worked like it was brand new if not I understood that there was a testing station and it was my responsibility to make sure everything was with my item that’s one of the chances you take if you don’t check your items !!. And that’s a chance you take also buying something returned or used. Instead of brand new But saying this if I didn’t have a piece to one my items it more then likely fell off in the bins and the staff here helps you look for it the s n j staff is the sweetest staff I’ve met out of any dig bin stores I’ve been too and I’ve been to multiple they are real respectful helpful and polite !!. I can’t say nothing negative only positives especially about Ally she’s kind hearted true person .. they don’t make you feel less for putting a item back they make you feel like family they don’t judge you like the other stores I’ve been too they treat you like family I love SJ’s...

We bought one of the $75 dollar pallets & it was worth what we paid for it so we went back & purchased another $75 dollar pallet and one of the $650 dollar pallets & it wasn't even worth $75. We lost money BIG time so we wont be buying anymore. Alot of the items in the $75 dollar pallet were just random pieces & broken items with missing parts. In the big pallet it was just a bunch of moomoos & puzzles & nothing that was worth a dam. UPDATE: The owner saw my review & reached out to me & asked me to send pics of the broken items so I sent pics & she admitted that she is the one who put the broken & worthless items in our $75 pallet & still never offered to make anything right. They are taking all the good stuff out of their pallets & putting it on their bins to sell individually & then the stuff that's left over that doesn't sell ends up in these pallets that they are over charging everybody for. They are probably making the most of their money on these $650 pallets knowing that they aren't worth anywhere near what they are selling them for. Greed will get...

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. Bought a pallet for $604 and got it home and it was nothing but junk. There was literally one item on the pallet that was worth anything and that was a gaming monitor. I drove 2 hours to buy a pallet!! I called and they told me that they can give me $50 off my next pallet… why would I want another pallet of junk?! Save your time and money… don’t be stupid like I was! Very dishonest people…. Don’t say you wasn’t warned! I’m attaching pictures of some of the items I received.
