Lol stop leaving poor reviews of this place. People are so entitled these days! Despite its name, no, this is NOT a park and no, it isn't meant to be open to the public. It just happens to be the name of this exclusive, gated, highly affluent community.
You won't be granted access unless you actually live here, or are a guest or relative of someone who lives here (and they'll be able to verify it) or if you are there on official business such as contracting work, delivery, security, maid/nanny/butler services etc. The Sentries here are doing exactly what they're supposed to do which is keep intruders/stalkers etc out and access control. You are not special nor do you deserve special treatment over anyone else. Go Google and read up about the place and view some of the properties from afar. Very high-profile celebrities and other highly distinguished/affluent people reside here. Denzel Washington, Samuel L. Jackson, Justin Bieber, Jaiden Smith, Rod Stuart, Adele, Mark Wahlberg, Steve Harvey, Eddie Murphy, real estate mogul Bruce Makowsky, to name a few. At some point, Prince Rogers Nelson also lived here. You'd have to have a nice chunk of change to live here. Also, photography is not allowed; the photos you see posted here are neither that of the North or South Beverly Park Estates.
I've personally been granted access before, a few years ago, because I was there on official business, so I've seen what it looks like; the homes here are way out of this world, unlike anything you'd ever see or even dream of being able to afford (hell, MOST people will never get to see nor afford such a place but it's nice to dream right lol). Breath-taking, stunning properties. Homes easily starting at $90mil and up. Each property unique from the others. Most built from the ground up by the prospective resident (very common in places like Beverly Park, Bel-Air, Bevery Crest, Mulholland Estates etc to tear down whatever previous property was on a plot of land in order to build a completely new home and create new memories). So exclusive that even Amazon can't get in there to deliver packages to its customers lol. They have to be left with the Sentry and then delivered by security who patrols the property by vehicle.
So no, it's not a "park" (and def not a public park) per se; and it's def not open to the public and with good reason. There would be no point in having security/sentries here if just anyone could enter. Admire the gates/outside landscaping from afar and get on with the rest of your trip. Not everyone needs access to everything. People deserve their privacy and to feel safe in their dwellings, just as you or I do. It would be too easy for a person with ill-intent to infiltrate/breach the place if they were letting just anyone in. Stop being salty about it and stop leaving poor reviews just because you don't like or understand something or feel entitled to access in spaces you're not meant to be in. Mea while, Bel-Air is an enclave whose streets are open to the public and many famous people reside there as well, do your research. Go take a drive around there instead, but respect people's privacy. The roads are accessible by the public but not the homes necessarily. Some estates there are even open for tours for a fee, such as the Beverly Hillbillies Mansion and the Doheny Estate. Any you come across that are not accessible to the public, just respect it...
Read moreI love living here, wouldn’t change that for anything. I love the hi and by neighbors who don’t have the time to be nosy or to mingle with your privacy that comes at a very high price. Close to my office and all.
The security is better second to none along being very respectful at all times…

He was all like.. No, they drew first blood, not me! and started slinging fire arrows around the property. 9/10 Sly's...
