(I did post videos as well) I want to give you a little background on the flag below. This place used to be a to be a K mart I was dropping by in that area and saw a really big sign that says 5 below. I was very intrigued I had a cool 35 minutes to spare me and my son was greeted when we came inside which is a bonus.. However outside a little bit of sketchy sketchy. We stayed inside the store for around 35 minutes everything seemed to be in order we did a subcheck out I got into the line which was short I was assisted in my checkout made my experience pretty good !

A clean store. Friendly management and employees. Very limited on food products. And they don't carry any frozen food items. Five Below does sell some off brand chips, snacks and candies. Many empty shelves. They have a electronic section. Cosmetics too. It seems to me like a good place to get greeting cards and gift wrapping.

UPDATING MY REVIEW: I recently went back to this store for a charger. The manager BREE was SO Nice and helpful. I didn't have my glasses and she took care and found exactly what I was looking for. She stopped what she was doing to help me. And I love and appreciate that. She was friendly and gave me some pointers about my product. Thank you Bree. I will be back.

This is one of the first times I went to a five and below store. When I walked in the security guard was so nice so helpful. It made me look at the store different before I even walked in. He called someone to come help me about a online order. That was great customer service and I hadn't even been there 30 seconds. As I walk through the store I saw a lot of things that I didn't know they had. This will probably be one of my go-to stores during Christmas. Everyone I came encounter with was cool. They had items that I've never saw before. So yes I love the atmosphere the customer service and the products. Keep up...

This was our first time visiting a five below after hearing all the hype. It was an okay experience with the expectations I had. Maybe it was too soon after Christmas. And the fact we were in a lil hurry. We were looking for a birthday present and found it quickly. The employees were super nice though. We will probably visit again to see how it is and It's close to home. It's in a shopping center with so many GREAT stores. So it was hard to find parking even with...
