Pupuseria Jutiapa — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I've had two bad experiences at this restaurant. The first time was a few months ago when I arrived about 50-55 minutes before they closed and I was told that they could not serve me because they were already cleaning. I was upset and asked why their sign said they were opened for another hour and the lady cleaning said that they were locking the doors in about an hour but that they used the last hour to clean up the kitchen. My second bad experience was today, fathers day. I took my husband and kids out to eat to celebrate father's day. Our waitress did not know what some of the plates included, which was frustrating. But my husband finally settled on a plate and we placed our order. She then brought my husband the wrong plate and about 6 minutes later brought my food and my daughters food but not my son's food. By this time my husband's food was cold, so I asked her to please change the chicken because it was not the way we ordered it. She never brought the sides for my kid's food so my husband had to go ask her for it. When she finally brought back my husband's plate she had taken the chicken that was originally on the plate and fried it and placed it back on the plate with cold beans and rice and gave it back to my husband.
