JOIA Accessories — Local services in Los Angeles

I am a first time wholesale buyer, I flew from New Hampshire to California to meet different vendors( This previous week). My first store I went JOIA Accessories heard good things. When I got to the store an employee approach me to ask questions and told me to get registered with the store to purchase. The women at the desk on Thursday was so rude and not understanding. In New Hampshire we do not have sellers permit & we only receives Registration/Trade names certificates to be able to start a online business.I called the Department of New Hampshire to let the women at the desk hear what the women on the phone had to say.( On the website Department of New Hampshire has a number you can call if a wholesale vendor refuses to sell to you). She did not take the time out to listen but replied that usually if you had the correct documents , you could've bought $100 worth of stuff today but since you do not have the correct documents. You can still register but not as a wholesale buyer and you would have to spend $200 from the store today. The women at the desk also was google searching the information that the women on the phone and I were trying to explain our State requirements far as opening up a business in New Hampshire. Attempted to go to Joia Accessories back in October. The short lady taking the temperature at the door was very rude. I gave her my out of state vendors license and she told me she did not think that my states vendors license looked like that. She attempted to ask another employee that was ringing out a customer and they stated they were not sure. She would not let me in, telling me to move. I told her I can even show her that I order on fashion go and you have to have a license. I came all the way across the country to come to the Fashion District, why wouldn'tI be prepared.
