I had purchased a 15x15 bounce house, I have to say I am very satisfied of the purchase I did make with jungle jump. I had looked over the reviews after I made the purchase with them stating that had bad communication skills but I did reach out to them after a few days of not getting a delivery information with my purchase because I wanted to have an idea of when it would arrive. I did get a email back stating it was shipped and it was out of there hands and to reach out the carriers for information. Since I didn’t need the bounce house for business purposes, I wasn’t to worry when I did receive it since it was just going to be used at my house for my kids. But overall, I have to say I was happy with my purchase and also a happy customer. A little to big for my yard but kids love it! Everything describes that came with it, came with it. Not one thing missing or I didn’t have to reach out to them about something missing. It’s straight forward, paid for it waited the time frame they show on there page for delivery and I got it! Will be buying another some time soon again! Only reason I said 4 out of 5 stars was because I feel like there website can be more updated and the email i received could had been a bit better customer service answered instead saying it’s out of our hands and to deal with...

I'm honestly choked up writing this. I made a mistake with my order--I thought I had completed the purchase, but I missed the final confirmation step. The confirmation email went to our church secretary, so I assumed everything was fine. When the delivery date came and went, I panicked. The bounce house I needed for two church events the following week wasn't coming.

I placed the order correctly on a Saturday and called on Monday, desperate for help. From the moment I called, two amazing team members--one in customer service and one in logistics--jumped into action. They made no promises, only a genuine commitment to try their best to ship it that day.

By some miracle, I made the cutoff for a special carrier they use in urgent situations. Within two hours of my call, the bounce house was on its way. It arrived today, and I'm overwhelmed with gratitude.

This felt like a small miracle--just in time, and handled with so much care and compassion. Thank you, Jungle Jumps, for your incredible customer service, and for your kindness to a very stressed Sunday School teacher. Blessings to your company and the two men who helped me so much!

Our company has been using Jungle Jump and associated companies products since 2014 and have been impressed by the quality-particularly in regards to the stress points; Service-Andre and Raffi are amazing to deal with, always helpful and open to suggestions. They are up front on equipment costs and accurate on production times. I have have visited the Jungle Jumps operation 3 times, each time I am impressed on the skill of their employees and love that the person who starts construction on the product completes the entire process. I have had the pleasure to meet with the CEO of Jungle Jumps Mr. Ed Kash, he is a very involved leader, not only in the operations of Jungle Jumps but in making the Amusement Industry better. It is no wonder why in my opinion Jungle Jumps is the standard to beat in the inflatable manufacturing business. We will not go anywhere else to purchase our products.
