Bad costumbre service all the time. This time over, cleak gave me wrong container Location twice. First time, cleark send me to the wrong Location from the pedestal. the second time from the trouble Window. This cost me 4 hours of waste time. Completely mess up my work day. I whish they would be more careful and check twice before they just send us way. The other day, I had to way 30 min just to get a second chance to look for my location on the screen. The first time she played the Location for about 3 seconds and I did not see it, do to the glared screen. I would be better to use a self service system like they do at the rail, one the would aloud us to type...

TERRIBLE, these people need to learn how to run this facility common sense as if there's one machine that they have to keep moving around from each block to block and then wouldn't it make sense to put a machine in each block? The main priority there should be getting the trucks in and out so the truckers can get in and out of there and deliver the Commodities...

Pier 88 (SSA) is one of the better terminals at the Port....unless there's trains coming in or going out....screws up the entire operation when they do, but otherwise pretty smooth transactions....in gate is semi automated and the yard crews work pretty fast...fast is not a usual word to describe...
