Good customer service and the guy that helped me is very nice and easy to talk to. However, when coming in, no one really greeted you or asked you for what you needed or if you needed help or anything, but that's okay. It's not a big issue as the employee i approached was nice and was able to help me with everything i needed. I was just a little confused who I could speak to once I came in because there he was just sitting towards the end of the store while another employee was helping another customer. Overall, the experience was great and I'm very happy with what i bought. I bought a Playstation 1 and it's in great condition! Bought one game so I could test it out once I get home and everything worked out perfectly. I just kind of hoped there was some kind of testing or demonstration in store to guarantee it's actually in good, working condition. I never asked so maybe if you ask, your item can then be tested.

This place is a good vibe, great place to start video gaming, collecting again. Staff are awesome. The owner Dillon is super super nice. (He is indeed a pokezlut!) People claim to say there’s other stores in the valley that are the best but hands-down this is the best by over 1 million mile radius. Everybody’s cool. The owner respectfully greets you unlike other stores you won’t even get a hello by the owner. You get actual market price on your games!!!! (Of course at a percentage) instead of a “we offer you $100” for everything knowing that it’s worth like $400 market, other game stores wanna rip you and pay out 25%. Stop by, buy sell, trade!!! You’ll find great video games for great prices! Oh yeah and vintage vaults TCG is a store within the store in one of the two rooms in the same place. Hands down the best retro video game store in all of Los Angeles area! I’ve been to every single store in a 50 mile radius and no other store comes close. Dillon the owner and man in store is a legend! He’s personable with every single one of his customers. He offers the best prices hands down. He’s actually a good dude. They have every type of gaming system and game your heart could desire. They’ve got the rare games you’ve been me looking for. From an awesome n64 collection to PSP the Retro Respawn has it all!
