The stuff I've experienced at this VA never experienced anywhere else. A dermatology doctor had me sit there while I he was making calls that had nothing to do with me. He would tell me wait when I tried to ask a question. Had the guy who does the glasses in optometry get all offended cus I didn't speak Spanish to him. Then he said "go out there with ur people then". Talking Veteran Americans. Had an attending doctor at the injection clinic touch me inappropriately. Read moreThis is the third-worst VA I have ever been to. The staff are rude and wildly inept. Even basic medical procedures are well beyond the capabilities of most of the facilities here.
Some VA facilities have improved over the years, becoming clean and efficient bastions of medical care, staffed by professionals.
This one is most assuredly not. Unhygienic and incompetent, VA Sepulveda exemplifies the worst of what the VA has become.
The current state of this facility and its staff is an embarrassment to the VA specifically and our nation in general.
My disgust is matched only by my contempt.
