I previously left a good review. But after everything that’s going on with this studio. It’s employee and star trek online I need to update my review.
Imagine playing this game for over a decade. Imagine spending over $3000 to play the game and get the newest ships and equipment. Imagine you have a thriving network of friends to play the game with. Well that was me. I would have to say at this point I’m ready to delete the account. I’ve been collecting items for a decade and have gotten so dead upset with the current state of the game I’ve been giving away thousands of dollars worth of items. Every event Peter Griffen will hook you up. I’ve given away close to 1000 lock box items. All trying to get one specific thing. The ship from prodigy. And after opening hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of boxes…. I have absolutely zero to show for it. It’s almost as if they laid everyone off and raised to drop rate of a specific item. Seems that way because I’ve been at this for over a decade. And around October something changed. We get spoon feed new content. We play the same events. How long can it go on? Well I for one am out, Never again will I spend a dime with this company. And neither should any of you. If the CEO of Cryptic and Perfect world read this, please choke on...
Read moreI went with 1 star because none would make it appear as if I forgot to rate these basement dwelling losers. Their games, Neverwinter for the most part are horribly designed, over multiple disconnects a day, lose of in game gear without explanation or recompense. In fact the only thing they have mastered is the art of separation. There game is so separated from their lousy third party support that all you over get is angry over their failed attempts to solve your issues with the game. Wizards of the Coast should be appalled with how horrible they have lived up to the tradition of D&D. An asteroid couldn't crash into their building quick...
Read morePossibly the worst customer service experience I have had of any company, ever - which is astonishing for a business meant to thrive on the good will of its gamers. Slow and indifferent customer service, which seeks to blame the customer for their own sloppiness and in-game gremlins, rather than take responsibility and build trust. And if you complain too much for their liking, they threaten to ban you. Incredible. This company needs an overhaul, and to start treating its customers with...
