The person was friendly enough that is not where my issue is.. I bought some ear candles from here hoping they would be like an other brand I buy but unfortunately they are not even close. They only had paraffin candles and with that knowledge alone I should've just turned around and left. If any one is interested beeswax candles in my opinion work best. These candles are rolled wrong and they Don't have the filter at the end. They did absolutely nothing it was a big waste of money and it's not like they are cheap. I've had 1 experience that has not been pleasent but after talking with the owner and returning to the store the problem was fixed. I'm happy to have this store here so close to home, they have any kind of oil you need, and are ready to sell it to you instantly. You can't do that on Amazon.
