McKeever's Price Chopper — Local services in Louisburg

Clean. Usually carry what is for sale in the ad. Bakery always has a pretty good assortment. They close the deli down for hot meals at 6:00pm and could stay open till 6:30. We got 2 dinners they package and in the cooler. Brought home to heat up and they were good. They don't have seals to show they haven't been tampered with. Some people are just getting into town from working in the city...it makes us stop at another store if we want something hot, so I am sure others do too. When you shop at other stores you compare prices and you are higher. The fruit you can choose off the shelves have a good variety and pretty fresh. I don't trust the fruit they cut up and put into containers and trays anymore, to many times I got soured watermelon and some mushy fruit, it is like they they mix some older with new to get rid of it. Meat dept. is fair. Dairy is good but limited space. Will order...

Hi I'm giving this price chopper terrible review because I called them asked the lady who answered the phone and talked to the boss. Simply was asking them if they would go and make me a small grocery order to go. Like some canned chili or something frozen like pizza so I could have supper tonight because everything is closed. Do to the wether Mind you I can't come shop at the grocery store because I'm plowing snow for every one else too get where they need to go but get told no we can't do that for you but you can get on the Internet and order what you want. But don't worry we are open till 10 pm bs you were closed before 8pm and know what are we supposed to do...

My shopping trip here was successful. I was shopping for someone else and encountered four different employees and had very pleasant interactions with them. The only downside to this store is how they have their products organized. It wasn't very fluid and I found myself going to isles for certain products (like chips and coffee creamer) that were down isles I've never seen used for those products in other stores. It made finding items more difficult than needed, but other than that, it was a...
