I am giving three stars due to the quality and the high reputation of John Deere. And, I know several people that work here and know they are good at their jobs. My advice is do not purchase your tractor through Taylor. If we could have a redo, we would definitely request Jacob. Taylor is only concerned with the sale. Once the sale is completed, he is not concerned with your getting the actual tractor and any additions you may have purchased.
