Absolutely ridiculous place to deliver, period. I brought a load up from Edmonton, KY Monday and Tuesday, and both days they made me wait for around 6 hours to get unloaded because they had too much of that part in stock.....that's not my problem, or any other carriers problem!!! Take that up with whoever keeps ordering this stuff, I assume it's still Penske Logistics. I have the same load booked for Thursday, and Friday as well. Can't wait to see how long they hold me there then! I hope whomever reads this gets this message; my truck is not your rolling warehouse. If I could give zero stars for Ford Manufacturing I surely would. No, I do not drive a semi although my husband does. We do not haul parts of any kind for FORD. Although, we ordered an F-250 diesel w/8 ft bed July 2021 and it now sits in the Kentucky Speedway as 45,000 others sit. When it was released from the factory and said they were waiting for a carrier we knew something wasn't right then. They have been lying to us since Aug 2022 about the delivery. We bought a new 2020 Super Duty Ford F-350 Pickup Truck, VIN 1FT8W3BT9LEE65359, not knowing that in 2020 Ford cheapened up on their Super Duty rear axles by thinning the steel casing which created weld issues and caused the rear driveshaft to disconnect, which is exactly what happened to ours. Even though this is covered under recall 21s31 Ford refused to cover the damaged driveshaft. This is a big greedy corporate company that doesn't stand behind their products or fix their own mistakes or care about their customers that is building these pickup trucks here...
