Don’t come here, in my five experience of trucking I have never been in worse place, these ppl they absolutely don’t care about your truck and trailer and your livelihood they are behaving like it’s not their job to unload, and forget about live unload appointments that doesn’t exist they will tell you to drop trailer and wait, they guy that was supposed to unload my trailer he told me that they are full of inventory and he can’t take me in, and it’s going to take at least 10 days for trailer to get unloaded when I tried to ask him any questions he literally told me that he doesn’t care at all and it’s not his problem, everybody is so rude and with bad attitude, from check in jockey to guys in receiving, Drivers please stay away from this place and if you book any load that has a delivery here return it immediately, it’s not worth of your time...

The place is huge. It can be confusing and frustrating at times. Waiting for a yard dog to move a trailer so you can bump a dock can test your sanity lol. The forkilift operators seem like hardworkers and eager to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I have been to red dock, blue, green, green 2, tan and orange. Once in the dock i am normally out of there pretty quick. 30 min- an hour at some. 15-20 min at others. If I'm really lucky it might even be 10 min in the dock. Depending on the time of day that you get there can suck. Having to wait 30 min to and hour in line just to get into the company isn't good for any driver on elogs. Probably the worst Ford plant in America. Good luck finding a place to drop your trailer or find your loaded trailer. If you do find it, check for side damage. I picked my loaded trailer up here recently & they had it shoved in a corner. It also had a scrap bin & wooden crate in front of it & another trailer right next to it. NO one I asked would help me pull it out. They said the trailer was damaged & was a tow-out yet it had freight in it & paperwork (obviously not damaged). When a (non ford plant) driver actually volunteered to help, one of these useless Ford employees came out & yelled at us. I've been going here for years (not by choice) & nothing has changed.
