Wizards tower was an awesome room! My husband and I have played 285 rooms total, and this was a ton of fun. All of the tech worked properly, the set was beautifully built, and the game play kept us excited right up until the last few seconds of our escape. Would suggest asking for hints early on instead of waiting too long. Once you get rolling, the rest flow well. We did have a little trouble booking initially, with one phone call Noah was amazingly helpful with getting everything sorted out. He wound up being our GM as well and made sure that our experience was top notch. Would definitely recommend this room and will be back to play another soon.
Edit: We went back the next day to play Murders of London and had yet another great experience! We got to have Noah as a game master again. His enthusiasm and happy attitude really shows how much care goes into running the games. We didn’t make it out but this room was a personal favorite at this location, but I don’t believe you can go wrong with any choice you make. If you’re in the Loveland area, Time Emporium is a must...
Read moreReally really cool rooms, first host was absolutely great. Unfortunately, our positive experience was short-lived.
My sister, 11yr old niece, and I booked two rooms back to back and were super excited. This was our 9th and 10th rooms in our 4-day vacation. We arrived 30 minutes early to our 6pm room and enjoyed it. The first host asked us if we wanted another 5 minutes and we were thankful. We came out and waited again; we were eventually told because it was then 17 minutes after 7 we were too late for our second room. We had the choice to come back (we live 8 hours away and leave tomorrow) or take the 15 minutes off. Really frustrating to spend the money, arrive early, and be cut short because they did not look at our bookings. Aside from not being able to see with dark lighting and being discouraged from using a flashlight, this would have been my favorite room of the trip. Such a bummer.
If we could do it over, we’d go back to Mystic, Rabbit Hole, or...
Read moreMy wife and I have done 40+ escape rooms at this point, and we did all three at this location.
The ambiance of all three rooms was quite good, as were the challenges themselves. By that standard, this would've been a five star review.
Unfortunately, there are some signs of absent management. We had safety feedback (exposed wiring, torn wall revealing exposed sharp nails) and challenge feedback for all three rooms where things could be clarified or improved. Some props also took varying strength levels above what we were told to use (but I'm keeping this review spoiler free), and one room opened early with two fingers worth of strength.
We had three different game masters, none of which gave any feedback or engagement on our feedback (including the safety concerns).
This place has the potential to deserve its current five star average, but I don't think it's deserved currently. We had fun, but were overall...
