I experienced the absolute worst customer service of my lifetime dealing with this company. The staff is unfriendly and communication is slow and inaccurate. When requesting a quote I was not informed of a huge shipping fee or silicone that was needed to install the sink making the order much higher than what I quoted my customer. I was told I would get the sink I ordered within a couple of days but it did not ship until the week after I ordered it. When it arrived I did not even receive communication from them and had to call every day to inquire about it. Every time I enter the store no one greets me. They just sit in their offices and ignore me as they go about their business. Once I did receive the sink the rim was bent and unusable. I took it back for a refund and was not even offered any other option just sorry, have a good day. I discovered I can purchase the exact same items on Amazon, Lowes or Home Depot for less and with free shipping. How this company stays in business I have no idea. I will not be doing business...

From the soothing subtle lights to the luxurious warming seat and the gentle backside wash, every aspect is a delight. I truly feel that my bidet puts me into a zen like trance. My most recent experience was last night @ 3 am when my 50 yo bladder was looking for a little reprieve.
