Sold me a broken box and then told me it was my sub. Also bkew my alpine type x's and more or less forced me out the door. Im a good guy and a good customer, i used to look past the way below average brands they carry cuz jakes a very nice man. But the broken box cost them any sales from me. I got my wiring there cuz they do have solid wiring at unbeatable prices, but the installer told me it was my sub and not rhe box. He then tested my sub and said yup a voice coils blown its reading 7 ohm. Well it read.7 cuz it was wired to 1ohm. And if a voice coil was bkow it wouldnt read. So the fact he either lied to my face or is that clueless ruined my opinion of them and now im stuck with a cracked box. I considered then friends up until this, i would hang out there and talk audio, but between calling menace a good brand and selling me faulty box i will never step foot in there shop again.
