Never ever ever again !!!!!New customer ,Was introduced by my daughter. And was developing a habit of coming and getting my nails pedicure eyebrows and wax regularly. My daughter who have been patronizing this company for some time spending more money than she should I didn't agree that's here money. I'm a senior of a mother generation, but customer service politeness matters I came to the salon recently and was finishing up my toes and doing my nails. I looked down at my feet to make sure it was finished and I noticed it was a burn from the heating lamp. I looked again to make sure it wasn't just an imprint. I informed the owner who was doing my nails Andy there was a burn on the top of my foot, he said I don't see nothing no problem that's nothing as usual so I said he's almost finished let me wait and take a closer look in the light as he do my eyebrows and wax. There were 2 marks on the instep of my foot.. red 1 Browning obvious Burns .I took a picture of it he denied denied his wife came in And tried to put some cream on my foot. I went to the front and waited for my daughter to pick me up calm down let's see what happens Andy the owner got nasty. Call cops why do we have to Call the cops when we can settle this. Professionally and business Wise I exchange my information . He refused to gave me his. Handed me a calling card from his desk general information that everyone can accuses. So we ended up having to leave before he escalate it like like you see on television... Never again it's been a long time since I've been to the Nail salon. Since the Pan dimmed no respect we send there children to college we pay their mortgages. They have no respect don't ask for any restorative service or money back for bad service. You will have hell to pay be careful don't patronize .I'm going back to doing my own nails

My daughter and I both went to get our lashes done on Saturday. My daughter's were done first and look amazing (2nd photo). Mine were done second and look horrendous (first photo). Not only do they look bad but the plastic from the clusters has been poking me ever since I got them on. Today I couldn't take the pain anymore and went back to ask to have them taken off. I was told that they don't remove them., that they haven't removed eyelashes for a very long time. Um...my friend took her daughter back to have hers removed less than a month ago. (Hers were also poking her.) I was then instructed to use Vaseline to remove them. I was shocked that they didn't have a glue remover to use. They then offered to give me some of their Vaseline. I informed them I had my own and left. Also, the place just wasn't clean. The entire place was coated in a thick layer of nail dust. Not sure how often they clean, but it doesn't appear to be very often. We will not be returning to this business nor will we ever refer anyone here. Friendly staff. I went for a spa pedicure and dip nails. The pedicure was great and relaxing but I will have to get my nails re-done. I showed a photo of the color I was looking for and they said that they could do it.

They never reached out or try to offer to fix. So they get 1 star because I cant give them zero. The dip is rough and unfinished, thick and shape isn't right. Asked for almond and cane out in between round and just round thick nails. Acrylic is still stuck on my cuticles and some parts don't have any.

The color is not what I asked for but it was "similar ".I wouldn't have a problem if the nails were right. I will call to see if any resolution offered. Also paying with a credit card was a problem . Theres a surcharge of 10$ when paying with a card . I couldn't make a withdrawal because it's a credit card.

$142 for a pedicure and dip with magnetic polish.
