I couldn’t wait to write this review. This was our fifth time booking at this location, and we’ve always had a lovely experience—until today.
Traffic was absolutely terrible, the worst we’ve ever experienced coming here. We ended up arriving 8 minutes late, and while we understood that was on us, we were prepared to pay a rescheduling fee if necessary. We never expected that kind of delay, but in hindsight, we should’ve left 4 hours earlier just to be safe.
When we arrived, an older woman greeted us and said she was going to explain a few things. She told us not to mind her expression because she’d had a long day. We responded politely and told her we understood—it was our fault for being late.
Then she said, “I’ll give you one option, take it or leave it,” which came off extremely rude. We let that slide, trying to keep the peace. My husband calmly said, “If u would stop talking, maybe we can still make it to the 11:30 reservation,” since we were only 8 minutes behind. But she kept talking over us and even interrupted the supervisor who was trying to help resolve the situation.
Instead of helping, she made us pay an additional $240 to change our reservation—when we could have easily been squeezed into the 11:30 slot. My husband pointed that out, and she replied, “Well, y’all can go somewhere else.” We tried to let that go too… until she said it again.
That’s when I finally snapped.
Looking at the reviews, it seems like many others have had the same issue with this woman. Clearly, something needs to be done. Everyone else at this location has always been professional and kind—but she is consistently a problem.
We stayed calm and were willing to pay the fee. There was absolutely no need for the attitude and disrespect.
To make matters worse, while we were there, a couple who didn’t speak or read much English had an issue with their child, who was under 6. They didn’t realize the policy prohibited children under that age. Instead of trying to help them or find someone who could translate, she snapped at them and coldly said, “Oh well, you lost out on money.” It was absolutely disgusting to witness. People deserve to be treated with kindness and respect—especially when they’re already confused or struggling with a language barrier.

   Read moreIf I could rate this place 0 stars I would, but just 1 will have to do… As much as I hate speaking in reference to negativity, the owners of this business have shown me & my significant other the utmost disrespect when we only wanted to pay for/use their services, and have a positive experience. I like my significant other are proud African American Muslims, and we were subjected to blatant disrespect, discrimination, and racism due to what we believe was based on our skin color, and our attire almost instantly as we entered the establishment. What could’ve been a great experience turned out to be not only a stressful experience, but also an unnecessary one because of the owners ignorance, and rudeness. No apologies, or regret were given/shown from the owners after the fact, so unfortunately it seems like they’re comfortable with treating people however they please even when the people are completely innocent of any problematic situations. I would never recommend this business to anyone, and I seriously advise anyone that is interested in an activity like the one that they provide to look elsewhere because any negativity on any extent is not necessary especially when your comfort, and your happiness should...

When we come there the lady at the front desk was nasty to us from the start but she asked us for a debit/credit card which we gave but she said that it has to have at least 500$ on it for “insurance”, but that was the only card i took with me at the time. I told her this was my first time at this her wave runner rental and she started asking me to leave my car keys or something of value. I said “no sorry” because i didn’t feel comfortable doing that and asked to speak to the manager and she claimed that she is the manager. I again explained to her that no other rental does that and didn’t know that i needed my valuables to keep as “insurance”. She told me “you said that already” in a nasty manner. She then told me that she would just refund me and i asked if she can show me that she is refunding it and she started getting mad and showed us that she refunded it and told us “bye” in nasty manner and kept saying bye when i told her that i will be putting a review.
