Janet's Floral — Local services in Loyalsock Township

I don't know who runs this place but they do one hell of a job. I have been using them for me personally, local and out of town or state. And when I was an officer for local veterans clubs. They just always come through.And I never have to worry about the quality. Always top notch. Let's face it, if you are contacting a florist it is something special. A wife or loved one. Someone that means enough to you to send them flowers when they are ill. Or the worst case, when someone passes. In all of these cases you are looking for something special. And you sure as hell don't have time to go follow up to make sure it was done right.. If you use Janet's it will be right. One last thing. When I had sent a special arrangement when my brother passed away, they made certain it was special, and then contacted the Funeral Home and verified the placement and quality and were told it is up there with the finest they have seen. I am very disappointed with my decision for choosing Janet's Floral. The arrangement was delivered an hour before it was supposed to be delivered, after I specified her work schedule (I called and spoke with someone) so the time of the delivery had to be after 2 (preferably between 2-3), but it was delivered at 1. The card that was sent with the arrangement was butchered. The pen started to die while they were writing so they kept going over the letters. They spelled my name wrong and completely missed a word. It was supposed to say "I love you so much" but instead, it said, "I love so much". I spent $72 on 6 roses and they had several mistakes. I called to speak with someone and the lady I spoke with was very sarcastic and unprofessional. Her response was "I am sorry that they spelled your name wrong and missed one word, I'm sorry we make mistakes too sometimes." I said "well I would recommend proof reading things from now on..." Wow, just wow! Janet provided the florals for my wedding and I could not have been more impressed. From start to finish, every aspect of the experience was on Point. When I unexpectedly found myself I. Williamsport for a duration of time in November (my wedding was in June) I decided to take the bit of leisure time I had as an opportunity to pop in to a few floral shops to scope them out. Of all the shops I visited, Janet was the only one willing to even speak to me without an appointment. At that point, i knew she would be the only shop that I would work with. Personally, her warm personality won me over instantly, but her bouquets were beyond anything I could have imagined.
