Loyalsock Community Swim Pool — Local services in Loyalsock Township

We love going to this pool. The main pool is large with 3 separate areas: a roped off shallow end, the large main swimming part, and a deep end with a diving board. The main part also has two slides into the water. They just opened a new splash zone for little kids this year and our 3 year old loved it. It has fountains and a small slide. Nowhere for small children to swim and the employees were awful. They would pic and choose who to enforce any rules with and they were never on the same page with each other. They shut down the shallow end for swim lessons during regular pool hours which forces kids who can't swim yet out even though we paid full price. Also, one of the male lifeguards started yelling at a coworker in front of a group of kids. The pool itself is well maintained and large. But the lifeguard were so bad that we will not be...

Love the pool but disappointed that they closed so early in that we only got 2 months of swimming versus 3 months!!! Plus staying open to Labor Day weekend to end the summer not August 20, 2017. There were days when the pool was not as clean as it should have been but overall it's a great pool but they need more lifeguards.
