STAY AWAY! I won an AR on gunbroker and paid these people for transfer. When it was delivered, I waited an hour or so, left work, and drove down there to pick it up. When I arrived, no one was there other than the store owners, who had nothing going on. I was asked if I could come back tomorrow, because they "hadn't had the chance to log it in yet." I said I had to work tomorrow, and was asked if I could come back this afternoon, so I did.

Having spent years in the gun industry, I know it takes at most, TEN MINUTES to log in a firearm and do transfer paperwork. I basically felt like I was being punished for not buying one of their overpriced bottom shelf ARs.

Oh, I almost forgot. The owner glared at me and my out of state license, while interrogating me like I was some type of felon with a fake ID.

I OWN MORE GUNS THAN THEY HAD...

Troxell's Sporting goods is a nice family owned and run business. Dave & I went through high school together & at that time when his dad was running the store they had just about anything you'd want in the way of firearms or fishing & hunting equipment but when his dad retired Dave & his wife seem to have cut back on inventory as I don't think they have the selection of guns nor do they sell anything involving fishing - I don't think they even offer fishing licenses for sale. But they are still nice folks and I do stop by now & then to say hi and see what they have. If they don't have something you'd like they will try to see if they can get it in for you. Give them a try and see what ya think - still nice little sporting...

We enjoy doing business with the Troxel’s, they are always very accommodating and eager to assist you with your needs. Troxel’s have treated my husband and myself with respect. I am not very familiar with the newer reloading devices, all I had to do is ask just starting out, what would they recommend me to purchase. Mr. Troxell also explained the dos & don’t “tips”, which I never would have guessed. They both are very active Gun owners, & they do all their own reloading. For Sure, This is My One Stop Shop, Before Going Anywhere Else! I’d really like to thank you both for your patience with me, as I am still trying to absorb it...
