They'll leave you high and dry with non-functional equipment and won't respond to your needs for service. 10+ year customer and I can't get help. I excused away the improper initial installation and other issues along the way, but all these years later they still just reinforce the negative concerns. I have had two business and one home alarm systems with Texas homeland security for over 20 years. They have helped me with my security cameras, monitoring of alarm and service of it all. They are excellent with home theatre system installation as well. Chris (the owner) installed mine many years ago and has kept it working great. These guys have withstood the test of time. They know the business and have highly intelligent folks working for them.
