Jensen Furniture — Local services in Luck

After checking out competition and their price in another town. I called up Jensen's. Talked to Tony and he was going to arrange for Jake to come out and check out our need for window treatments. Jake came out, took measurements. We got the estimate that came in 25% less than the competition for the exact same thing. I gave Jake all the information on color picks etc - we had had new windows put in by Andersens and as such had all of our old window treatments removed. We asked Jake if he would reinstall the bedroom window treatments for us; and he did so in minutes ( my husband was unable to due to a shoulder injury.) When time came to install the window treatments from Jensens, Jake did a fantastic job. Thanks for a job well done, and we will be back for our next project! They treat you...

Great experience, friendly and helpful staff, no pressure sales, we could take all the time that we wanted. We bought 2 recliners, can't wait to have them delivered! Our recliners were delivered today what a great delivery team, they were polite and knowledgeable about our recliners and made sure that we were satisfied. I try to shop local and use small business services whenever I can. When we built our new home we purchased two rooms of furniture and Hunter Douglas blinds for the entire home from Jensen Furniture (we spent a lot). When we had one blind in need of repair (within the warranty period), I was disappointed to be nickel-and-dimed for shipping costs and "pick up and delivery fees" (which were at Jensen's convenience). It really isn't about the cost, it's more that I expected more personal service and relationships from a local business....
