SO VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED! We bought a grandma bracelet for Mother’s Day and the cross split it two! Now mind you I have spent so much money in that store for the last few years. I went in the other day , and said I have a problem, my bracelet broke . The first thing the lady says to me ....I’m so sorry we have a 14 days policy. Without even looking at the defective pieces . She said I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do. She said it’s costume jewelry it is not meant to last! Now mind you it has only been since May of this year! She said she would text the owner and they will get back to me. I left my name and phone number and I’ve yet to hear anything back from them. I will never step foot in that store again! I advise anyone that purchases something keep it in the box because if it brakes they will not replace it. Gives small businesses a bad rep....

Candle warmers, & even sells the bulbs for them! Wind chimes, throw rugs. Outdoor decorations! It’s just always a pleasure to walk and browse in here!

The staff is always so friendly!

I do understand they have some stipulations on bringing things back if they break. (Especially during this COVID 19 no one has been) However, do to being someone who understands things aren’t made like they used to be it’s hard to know if something will last. Yes. Costume jewelry is not made the same as it used to., but if you can be a DIY kind of person or know someone that does MAYBE you can just fix it yourself instead of bringing it back to the store??? I know that’s how I would go about it! But that’s just me. I can’t...

The stars you see here are well beyond deserved! This is a cute local shop that you absolutely must come see every season just to see how they decorate! They have something for every one, and every occasion. They have affordable (not cheaply crafted) gifts, very professional and friendly staff. The personal touches the ladies here include between serving and recognizing their clientele is something you don’t get at most big box stores. The owner hadn’t seen me in months and even though they see so many people every day she recognized that I wasn’t walking how I used to in the years before. You can tell they take great pride in their store, their employees and in how they treat customers. I love it...
