So I purchased the coupon number 13, which included a party size one topping pizza, 2 L bottle of soda, a large garden salad, and 20 wings. They delivered the food except the salad so when I called back to see if they could send the salad out the gentleman told me he didn’t charge me for it. The coupon states that it’s 5799 I gave the gentleman $65 And he told me that he didn’t charge me for the salad and I then went on and it looked up the coupon and reread it to him and he was like oh well I didn’t see that the salad was on the coupon I said well that’s not my fault that he didn’t see coupon listed or what the items were and so the owner said he’d give me a five dollar coupon for the next time I called and ordered from them again but when I told the young man on the phone that I wanted my salad he told me it was gonna cost $10 so I said to myself why not give me a $10 credit instead of a five dollar credit to make a long story short their customer service sucks and I’m really disappointed because my family and I have spent a lot of money at this restaurant and this was not the way to handle it we will not be...
Read moreDO NOT eat here if you have a food ALLERGY! They will NOT accommodate and you WILL get sick. Absolutely unacceptable! To add insult to injury, the owner LIED to Slice saying my order, which I canceled, was delivered. It wasn't. So now I get to deal with yet another hassle to get a refund. NEVER again.
Update from later in the evening: they eventually did end up dropping off the food, even after I told them repeatedly to cancel because they couldn't accommodate a very simple allergy request. So, the owner didn't lie after all and I wanted to clear that part up. It was still a hassle, and he told me they won't honor the allergy request again. Not like I'll be ordering here again anyway. Thankfully Slice understood the severity of the food allergy issue and refunded me.
I also want to add that I fully support local businesses, so this whole situation was just very disappointing. I don't like having to cross any of them off my list, so to speak. That said, I'm in hopes Ludlow pizza will take this moment as a learning opportunity in the importance of food allergies/ safe...

Not to gross ,I guess, however I am pregnant so I wanted to do a credit for the next time my parents ordered or request something cooked . But the phone girl suggested i drive there first and show them! I said no way so then the owner suggested he come here ....30 minutes later he comes and sees it and had a wicked attitude . I told them it was the customer service that upset and shocked me the most (it was worse than I am saying, too much to type) and the owner responded by saying, "what would you like me to do call the cops on the phone girl" ummmmmm no run a friendlier business .
